Key exclusions
- We do not offer cover for pre-existing conditions.
- There are some Breed specific exclusions and age at entry and stand-down periods. All of which can be found in our Important documents.
- There is no cover for Veterinary Fees, Death from Illness and Holiday Cancellation for the first 14 days of the Policy.
- For each condition you claim for during the period of insurance, you must pay the excess as shown in your policy schedule.
