At Agria Petinsure, we pay claims within 5 days of approval

For first time claimant, follow these steps if you’re submitting the claim form yourself:

• Fully complete the claim form including current and previous vets, adoption details, and how long you have owned your pet. You can email the claim form to claims@agriapetinsure.ie
• Include your pet's full vaccination card.
• We will contact your vet(s) for your pet's clinical records, invoices and receipts.  

All you need to do is submit a fully completed claim form to us. We will contact your vet for the below documents. 

For all claims, your vet must provide

• Invoices for the treatment dates you are claiming for. 
• Corresponding clinical history
• If you are the payee, proof that you have paid your vet

The above requirements are a general overview. From time to time, we may require additional information or documentation for example, digital copies of x-rays, external laboratory reports etc.

• You will be notified by SMS when your claim is registered.
• Our claims team will assess your claim to see if all necessary documentation has been provided.
• If documentation is missing from your claim, such as your pet’s vaccination card, the claims team will contact you. 
• If we require documentation from your vet, we will request this directly from your vet and we will update you. 

Claims received with all information required will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. Claims that are missing the information required may incur significant delays.
